We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location within the UK. During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident with every purchase at Velora Manchester. If you're not completely happy, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately — we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return is received safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
